Beef Sliders with Crispy Onions and Horsey Sauce

In this recipe I used left over beef tenderloin, but you can easily use left over steak or roast beef from the deli. The shoestring thin crispy onions combined with the horseradish sauce make these sliders one that will stay on my heavy rotation.
