Fontina Cheese Bread with Honey and Thyme

- Pre-heat oven to 475. Place pizza stone in oven and heat for at least an hour. Let dough rest at room temperature while pizza stone preheats.
- Roll the half the pizza dough out on a floured surface until it is about ¼ inch thick, whatever shape you prefer. On a cornmeal dusted pizza peel or a lightly oiled non-stick sheet pan, place the rolled-out dough.
- Brush olive oil on entire crust. Evenly sprinkle 1 cup cheese and 1/2 the garlic. Slide the pizza into the oven and bake for 15 minutes, rotating the pizza half way through. Remove from oven and sprinkle the thyme. Drizzle the honey and top with crushed red pepper.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for second half of dough.
